I know for a fact I'm not the only one who hates them... these are the people at your work who have the big name positions, with the nice cars, all the perks, and the HUGE salaries! Meanwhile, all the little co-workers, who do all their work for them, drive the regular cars, have ther regular "oh my gosh how am i gonna make it through the month" pay. I think this is VERY unfair... and I just wish somebody could do something to stop this.... I'm sure once all the little people leave, the company will crumble to pieces anyway, as the Big-Wigs dont have a clue whats going on anyways!!! What do you guys think, do you think your work is fair toward you?

Office Idiots

I have never worked in a place where the work was fair.... According to me that will never happen unless you begin your own thing.... Yeah the company's will never last with out the lower person working their ass of for the rich to get rich.... but in this world you just have to coupe, you just have to say yes boss as you need the job.... if you lose your job then you lose a lot more as you cant get a job quick anouth again.... and no matter where you are what you do you'll always be the litle one.... Exeptions for one or two company's....
hahaha! yeah its a chick! its not only ppl that have been working their whole lives naps!! One of my friends, (and im sure ive told you about him) is only 19 years old, he drives the new Golf 5, and already has a 3 bedroom house! how unfair is that??
And he probably has a Jew daddy and a mommy who shops at Sandton City all day long
I agree completely with you!!!!! Life self is so unfair! And you get loads and loads of ppl that walk into a company and earn way too much more then someone that has worked their asses of for years and still get no where, believe me i know in my previous company...
yeah, im sure hes a little daddy's boy......heehee

some ppl get there though "gatkruip" some work hard for it. that just is! and you have to blame the bosses for it - not the person receiving the benefits.
There are so few fair bosses arround.

BTW: I'm very happy with my job, no unfair business here .... ur well rewarded for ur efforts ... and i'm not even close to being on of the "BOSSES"

Yeah you get rewarded for what you do in a fair company... I worked at a place where I worked my ass off every day, working overtime every day with no overtime pay, Spending weeks and months away from home to get the job done. In the end of the day...
They got some one right out of school as a maniger above me that I had to train and show the loops of the business as he didn't know anything.... IS THAT FAIR????
And the only excuse that my boss had was that he cant afored to loos me as a tech as I was the only one who really knew what he was doing...
So I had to sit there with a small tech pay because I'm the best they had and the litle bugger that just came out of school got the maniger pay that was about 3x my pay, and I still had to help him to do his work...
So realy tell me how that is fair show me how you get awarded for what you do?? as I said excluding a few companies....
In Life you will get what you are suppose to get. Why would you want someone else's money, car, house? It's like Naps said there is pain and hate in the world, we all moan about things. But why: kla jy met die witbrood onder die arm?
Be thankful you have a job, and Rome was not build in a day. Yes some young ppl get things faster than others, that is because that is their life and not yours!!!
