Beauty at your doorstep...
Went camping again this weekend... Feel soooo refreshed! Nothing better than pitching a tent up next to a nice river, watching sunrise and sunset, chilling with your friends over a bottle of red wine and being close to Mother Nature. Me, Tash and the guys always go camping together, were camping buddies. We try to do it once a month, just to breakaway, Im sure with these beautiful pics you guys can understand why. The men however, love going so they can "attempt" to catch some fish. LOL. Boys and their toys.

oh that sounds like fun. Grumpy and I haven't been camping but we went to a cabin in the mountains last year. It belongs to a friend of mine and they let us stay there.

I love camping and fishing, although I don't eat the fish, 'cause I don't like seafood!
What crawls into your tent at night over there(besides guys!) that is ugly,dangerous,etc?

@ arlene - we dont eat the fish either, they just catch them, measure them, weigh them, and then throw them back... which seems like a complete waste for me? but you know how men are... lol.
@ buffalodickdy - nothing dangerous (i think) the worst thing weve had crawl into our tent was one of those funny looking centipedes, me and tash were sitting on the blow up mattress and it crawled over her leg.... You can imagine how flat that thing was after our jumping and screaming on it.

@ claudia - it was.... it makes you feel like youve been away for a month... away from everything, hustle and bustle.... sirens... just you and nature.
Looks fabulous!! and my hat goes off to you for actually camping, havent done it for many years due to a school tour i am still in therapy for. but i wouldnt say no should the chance to do it again comes along....
@ cuteness - the strange thing is i NEVER thought i would enjoy camping, im the type of girl that enjoys booking into a hotel, or rather staying in a chalet, then tash told me to just go with them ONCE and see if i like it or not, so I did, and i got hooked. I love the serenity.

@ allek - yeah, they caught 5 fish the WHOLE weekend... and they werent even decent sizes, little samples! lol
So jealous. What river? What kind of fish? I've always wanted to catch a tiger fish.
I haven't been camping in over 2 years... I miss it and it looks beautiful were you went...
I really want to go camping, I'm hoping to go sometime in the summer. Now I'm all excited!
